Upcoming Florida Spring Savage Race to Award $5,000 in Cash Prizes

You asked and we delivered! The Florida Spring 2015 Savage Race will be heating up this March as we give out $5,000 in prize money to six top competitors.

The top male and female finishers in the competitive SavagePro heat will win cash prizes. First place overall will receive a whopping $1,500 and the Savage Axe of Fame. Second place overall will be awarded $750 and third place overall will take home $250.

Welcome back you filthy Savages! I hope that our Get Your Mud on Savage Style was helpful in preparing you all for the beat down of the October race in Dade City. I heard the 6-mile/25-obstacle course was epic and very well attended at 9,000+. I have signed up for the next Florida race and look forward to getting my ass kicked with you on April 13th. In order to help us better prepare our feet for the upcoming event, I have enlisted the help of some local racers to figure out what types of footwear are best to conquer mud run courses.

Savage Race took central Florida by storm, quite literally, the weekend of March 29th and 30th as it returned to the site of its humble beginnings, the breathtakingly beautiful Little Everglades Ranch in Dade City. The stage had been set as thousands of eager participants arrived to embark on a treacherous 7.1 mile journey through mud and swamps, and across miles of rutted fields, to take on some of the most difficult and unique obstacles to be had in the sport of obstacle racing.
